$600K grant allows UM-Flint students to explore global questions

Thanks to a $600,000 grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, a program titled "Borders and Crossings: Exploring Global Questions at the University of Michigan-Flint" will help exponentially more students gain the tools they need to solve grand questions on a global scale.

'Tis the season of giving at UM-Flint

For twelve years, UM-Flint Information Technology Services (ITS) staff members have been giving an extra-large tip to a server in the area during the holidays.

The UM-Flint community is a generous group who give of their time, talent, and resources year-round. During the holiday season, they regularly organize collections for those in need.
