    UM-Flint's History Machine is out in the community, learning about and sharing stories that matter.

    In the second episode of the "Built for Belief" video series, Thomas Henthorn, professor of public history at the University of Michigan-Flint, visits Bethlehem Temple Church to learn about its origin as the central hub of Flint's Black community. Featuring UM-Flint's Community Relations Program Manager, Phillip Thompson, in his role as BTC's pastor, we hear about how the church has supported Flint's community throughout its history and into the present day.
