Promotion and Tenure Announced for UM-Flint Faculty

At the May 15, 2014 meeting of the University of Michigan Board of Regents, the following University of Michigan-Flint faculty members were awarded promotion and/or tenure in the ranks listed below.

"Receiving tenure and promotion is a great achievement for an academic," noted Chancellor Ruth J. Person. "I am extraordinarily proud of the fine caliber of each of these faculty members who have worked so hard in the areas of scholarship, teaching, and service."

An Academic Affairs Convocation will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2014 to recognize the accomplishments of these outstanding faculty. All new appointments will be effective September 1, 2014.
