STICKY SITUATION (Giving Blueday 2025 photo gallery)

While generous donors supported student success with online donations, the on-campus celebration was bigger than ever during Giving Blueday 2025. The event celebrated the university's annual day of giving, during which the UM-Flint community gave to more than 50 gift funds that ensure the next generation of Leaders and Best are empowered to succeed. In addition to free food, carnival games and a dunk tank, the celebration was highlighted by Chancellor Laurence B. Alexander being duct-taped in McKinnon Plaza, with each strip of tape representing one donation. The day was capped off by the 14th annual Hail Yeah!, in which participants wrote thank-you notes to donors who supported what they love about the university.
