Interim Chancellor Donna Fry addressed the crowd of faculty and staff during Academic Convocation.

UM-Flint hosted its annual Academic Convocation, Aug. 24, marking the official start of the academic year. The event recognizes faculty and staff for their achievements in scholarly endeavors and service to the institution. U-M President Santa J. Ono addressed the UM-Flint community via video. A Welcome Back BBQ was hosted by the Office of the Chancellor immediately following for faculty, staff and students.
