The 6th Annual Back to the Bricks is predicted to be the largest ever, and once again, the University of Michigan-Flint is contributing to its success.

The UM-Flint campus is the north anchor for many events, including the rolling cruises that will be held on August 18, 19, and 20.  The welcome breakfast for cruisers is scheduled for Friday, August 20 in the north parking lot of the William S. White Building, where many of the vendor displays will be set up Saturday.

The Friday night car show begins at 6 p.m. Classic cars will line Saginaw St. beginning at the University Pavilion and heading to the south end of downtown.  A stage will be set up on Saginaw St. in front of the Pavilion Ice Rink for a 7 p.m. concert with the group Flash Cadillac.  UM-Flint Alumni Relations will hold a special event for alumni that same evening in the Pavilion.

On Saturday, August 21, at 6 a.m. the classic cars will start parking in the downtown area.  The Women's Marketplace will be held in the University Pavilion.

In the KIVA, a special kid's program on Saturday will feature the movie "Cars" at 2 p.m.
