    A milestone. A celebration. A moment of becoming. The Latinos United for Advancement Quinceañera Night, April 1, showcased the vibrant tradition of honoring a young woman's steps into adulthood. Through symbolic moments — the crowning, her first pair of heels and the passing of a childhood doll — the evening reflected upon growth, responsibility and cultural pride while celebrating with music, dancing and a community gathered to honor both heritage and a life's new chapter.
