Whether they used baseball bats or their bare hands, students and staff participated in the annual "Smashing Pumpkins" event hosted by Counseling and Psychological Services. The event, Oct. 24, took place on the First Street lawn and offered participants the opportunity to engage in a healthy and uniquely fun way of relieving midsemester stress by—you guessed it—smashing pumpkins.
