A step. A turn. A story told without words. The UM-Flint Spring Dance Concert brought dancers back to the main stage, April 17 & 18, with a showcase of original works shaped by creativity, collaboration and lived experience. Featuring student performers, campus dance groups and a powerful new piece from artist-in-residence Shanzell Page, each moment unfolded with intention—sometimes quiet, sometimes explosive, always authentic. Together, the performances created a rhythm that lingered, proving that when movement meets meaning, the result is something you don't just watch, but that you feel. Photos by Stephanie VanWagoner, Office of Marketing and Communications.
