The Indian Student Association hosted its annual Holi Fest, March 27, in recognition of Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, love and spring. It is also an invocation for a good spring harvest season and the victory of good over evil. The celebration originated and is predominantly celebrated in India and Nepal but has spread to other regions of Asia and around the world, featuring the throwing of colorful powders, water fights, dancing and bonfires to mark the season.
