UM-Flint's Holi celebration took place April 3.

Originally slated as part of last week's annual "SpringFling" event, the previously delayed due to weather color throw happened April 3 in recognition of Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, love and spring. It is also an invocation for a good spring harvest season. The celebration originated and is predominantly celebrated in India and Nepal but has spread to other regions of Asia and around the world.
