UM-Flint Congratulates Maize and Blue Recipients

The Scholarships, Awards, and Special Events Committee and Provost Gerard Voland recently announced the graduates selected to receive the Maize and Blue Distinguished Scholar Award, the highest academic award bestowed upon the graduates of the University of Michigan-Flint

The award is presented to no more than 13 graduates at each of the commencement ceremonies in May (or April) and December. The awards will be presented at the December 11, 2011 Commencementto be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Perani Arena and Event Center.
