The Flint College Town Recycling Challenge
Flint's four major colleges will be spending the next several weeks trying to determine who is Flint's Recycling Champion?
As part of an Earth Day observance program, students, faculty, and staff at each school are being asked to bring items for recycling to campus. A large recycling trailer/dumpster will move from school to school spending a week at each location.

UM-Flint Shines at ADDY Awards
The spotlight was on the University of Michigan-Flint at the 2010 ADDY Awards.
Faculty, staff and especially students came away big winners of the evening.
UM-Flint students picked up 19 awards, including a special "Best of Show." -
Kosovo added to UM-Flint's list of international agreements
The University of Michigan-Flint School of Management (SOM) continues to build its global relationships with a new agreement in the Republic of Kosovo. It is with the University of Prishtina, a leading academic institution with over 10,000 students and approximately 700 faculty members.
The university has undergraduate and graduate level business programs in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Studies, and Management Studies.
